Another weekend goes by, Nothing to say.

Hey everyone.

Still trying to figure out how this blogger site works. I'd like to upload photos and stuff, but I got TONS of places to do that back at the HEAD site. So maybe this is a words only page. Whatever.

I've got a lot of drawing done this weekend. I've been inking pages for HYMNS #4 that I've had pencilled for a while. I drew a new HEADER for the HEAD site, as you might have seen. I've drew a couple of new T-SHIRT designs, a few new "girlie" pics, a possible cover to the Sequential Mayhem project and much more. I've got the whole house to myself today, plus my bootleg DVDs of Mystery Science Theater 3000 showed up today, so I will be watching those, and drawing my arse off!

I researched some goth clothes and city shots for inclusion in both my HEAD and OUTCAST pages I'm working on. IF I can, I'd like to get to work on the word balloons for OUTCAST #1-2 this week. That would be nice. I need to scan them all into the comp first. There aren't as much tones for this book as there is for HYMNS, so it should be easier.

As for HYMNS #3, ITs all done and burned to discs. Now I am saving money to send it off to the printer. I got my quote and I am ready to go. Just need the funds. I haven't done any shows since last may and that money is all dried up. BUT, we've got it all budgeted to print soon. I'm in no rush really cause there are no shows till May sometime, and my online sales are rather slow in the 1st quarter, so Its not a deal if I take my time and print it when I got the funds. I need to reprint #1-2 also. We're talkin mucho money!

I got the Codester this weekend. We played video games all weekend. I seem to have lost my copy of MEGA MAN ANTHOLOGY for PS2. Bum deal!

We get paid this weekend, which is great! I'm planning a trip to Saginaw to get some comics at this cool lil' shop out of the way. Beyond that, not much else is going on.

COMICS I RECENTLY SCORED:

ADVENTURES OF ONE PAGE FILLERMAN - People know I am a huge JIM MAHFOOD fan and this one was great! ITs his first Graphic Novel and it turned out wonderful.

THE WAITING PLACE issues 8-12 - I got issue #7 a LONG time ago and fell in love with Sean McKeever's writing. Its a teen drama, and close to Pleasant Hymns in the heart. (I like to pick up any book similar to mine so I see how we compare). Mine is far more goofy. But Sean's writing is great. The art on these issues is solid as well. Look up this title if you get the chance.

Thats all folks. Stay tuned.
