Post Vacation.....busy as hell...

Well, the vacation was a success. We went down to southern Illionis for a couple of days to see my folks. I had a McRib sandwich for the first time in five years, as well as my mom's chicken and dumplings... always worth the nine hour drive. My parents were very generous and hooked us up with a free oil change, gas for the car and some spending money. Thanks folks! It was a great weekend.

After spending all weekend in the car, we were quite exhausted. I didn't get to do any drawing down there that I wanted to do. I was taking in the sun and traveling all over hell to see everyone that I could... some family left out, unfortunatly. But I try to make it where I can. So, sunday, we got home and sat around all day watching Family Guy and then passed out.

Monday, the wife and I both had the day off. So we spent it cleaning house. We took care of the back up litter, moved the bed around, I moved my art desk to a new location that is quite nice. We took out 6 bags of trash, organized our shelves and DVDs, and I vacuumed all the main floors. Kelly did the dishes and cleaned out the bathroom really nice. The week before I moved my 400 CDs and shelf to our inner bedroom from the spare room and bought a nice plastic shelf for the bathroom. Its beginning to look quite nice in our house. Its exciting. Now I have to dissect that spare room and throw away a ton of junk! Spring cleaning... without the spring. Perhaps, FORCING the spring to come sooner!

Today, I was busy taping some movies to other tapes under a quicker speed, and are gonna EBAY those real tapes. (porno) I got a couple of boxes by my art desk full of stuff to go on ebay. Should be a challenge. All I need now is a digital camera so I can take pictures and put that stuff up!!!

I also sat at the drawing table and worked a good six hours on the new comic project. Its moving right along. I gotta say that the art is coming out better than I thought it would be. My self doubt all drained away, once again.

Tonight after work, more drawing. Then tomarrow, more drawing... Somewhere in there I need to finish demoing the newest IDIOTHEAD songs for our recording session next week. This weekend, meeting with DEAN-O and getting his stuff for Project: SEQUENTIAL MAYHEM and starting to put that together.

Busy as a fat boy in a Krispy Kreme factory....namely, me.
