Don't have a drinking problem, cept when I can't get a drink....

SATURDAY---

I wake up around noon and head into saginaw to pick up the Codester. We go to the comic shop where I pick up some old MARY JANE LOVES SPIDERMAN comics, a couple new one shots and Garth Ennis and Darik Robertson's new book: THE BOYS... HIGHLY recommended read folks!

Get back to Mt. Pleasant, pick up the wife and head to McDonalds. Then to the Video Game store. I buy SIMPSONS season 8 for the wife and a video game for the Codester. Nothing for myself, cept my comics baby!

Get home and he plays vids to his hearts content. then passes out around 11pm and the wife and I try to watch some TV, but our new bedroom TV is shot (likely, hit by lightening somewhere in the past two weeks!), so we gotta buy another new TV! We spend some time together and then pass out.

SUNDAY---

The Codester wakes me up at 7:30am and I set up his games and take another nap while listening to him play. then we go to the McDonalds playland and wait for the wife to get out of work there. She gets out and then we go to KIDS QUEST and I blow $25.00. Trying to win tickets and soemthing from the same machine that I won that Game Boy Advance from a month or so ago. No luck for me. But the tickets he trades in for crappy toys. We head home and play DRAGON QUEST 8 till around 11pm. I am at the last castle, thank God! He passes out, and so do I.

MONDAY---

CMU officially starts, town is full of cars and morons and I am officially pissed off. I get up at 9:30 and the kid is still not awake! My back really hurts today for some reason. But we wait till 12:30 and head to take him back. His parents were 30 minutes late due to construction. But it still sent me into panic mode. But luckily they arrived and I didn't have to drive 7 hours to take him home! Whew!

So, once home, the wife goes to her night class and I head to the CMU library to check my online stuff and update blogs.... like right now....
