I wish it were Christmas in my pants....

THURSDAY---

I wake up and go to the bank to see if we got our refund yet. No dice, so I end up going to CMU LIBRARY to check email and myspace stuff. Our browser at my newspaper job aint working for shit anymore cause we run on OS9 computers. So, I cannot check my mail at work as often as I used to. and I cannot check my MYSPACE mail at all!!! So, till get we get the internet back at home, I am SOL, stuck going back and forth to the CMU LIBRARY. But, we're ordering our cable modem next week after the bills are paid!

Its amazing to think we will soon be debt free! Its quite exciting.

I end up going back home and drawing for 3 hours on Pleasant Life #2 and OUTCAST touch up pages. I also start a pinup for Chad Halcom that I promised of his character. The wife gets home at 4pm and we B.S. for a couple hours about bills, plans, christmas plans, and we even entertain the notion of throwing a halloween party at our house! I've never been to a costume party, so I'm thinking about tossing a shindig at my place to celebrate our last few remaining months in Mt. Pleasant. We move in april for sure, at the latest.

At 6, I go into the newspaper job and its an uneventful shift. I take time to clean out my desk and rearrange things. A nice fresh look, that will not make me feel so mundane and bored. I love to rearrange things.

NOTE: I started a hardcore lifestyle change today. I only drank 2 sodas, had a steak and small potato, 3 tacos with the wife and a grilled chicken sandwich (plain). I'm on my way. The most important step in a million mile walk is the first one.
