IPOD is up and running baby!!!

FRIDAY---

I get up and do a 12-5 at the McD and I have a damn decent shift. Seems people there will actually MISS me! What the hell? Shouldn't my jaded hate for all things Golden Arches rubbed off on them by now? Oh well, I still got 2 weeks to do my damage.

I do a 5-4:30am at the newspaper. The wife buys me the new STAR WARS DVDs, the ones with the original verison of the original trilogy on them. I also squeeze in inking on 2 pages of Pleasant Life #2. I got about 3 more pages to go and issue #2 is done! I get home and pass out.

SATURDAY---

I wake up at 3pm!! I love it when I can sleep in! Once again, I do alot of laying around. I do manage to pencil some pages and work on some inks, but other than that, its a slow day. The wife and I head out to the store were I buy LEGO STAR WARS 2 and some old DVDs. I play some STAR WARS and DRAGON QUEST 8 on PS2 before retiring to watch some SIMPSONS season 8 on DVD with the wife. We fall asleep around 4am.

NOTE: VERY frustrated cause CBS was supposed to be running remastered new CGI enhanced STAR TREK episodes and they are not running around here or something. Makes me VERY mad. More research is needed as to when they actually will play!

SUNDAY---

I wake up at 2pm!!! The wife has things to do so I trek to Lansing. Everything I want to go see is closed so I head to the porn shop in Perry and get a magazine/DVD package. I get home and do about 4 hours of drawing. I've decided to pull out those old Porno comic pages and finish that puppy up. Its a pitch to a company that hopefully will bring in some more freelance quid. We'll see.

I also watch some SEINFELD. Around 15 episodes of it while drawing. I pass out around 4am.

MONDAY----

I wake up at 1pm to the sound of knocking at our door. OUR CABLE MODEM HAS ARRIVED!!!!!! Right away I set it up, download the updates I need to install my IPOD software (The IPOD I bought 3 weeks ago!) and start uploading songs. I take an hour break to get food with the wife and come back home to do more uploading.

By 4am, I got almost 500 songs, skits and podcasts uploaded so I update my IPOD and its a success! Finally, I've joined the 2006 technology ring. YAY! No more carrying around CDs and a broken CD player!

I play around the net till 5am and then pass out.

**Still on the diet and doing VERY well. Last I checked, I've lost a total of 14 pounds. Doing excellent! Also, Shane and Sara's baby should be born this week. Looking forward to that........... and seeing Jackass 2 in the theater on friday!
