Got up and ate my protein meal of chicken! Started to walk. I jogged for a few minutes and hurt my back pretty bad. I never thought being 325 pounds and walking/jogging hard would be this difficult. I feel like an old man.
After walking back home, I rested and sweat it out. Then lifted weights and did some mild situps. Back hurts pretty bad but I feel my muscles burning. They are remembering.
... I will rise again.
