Finally...

Well, our loan came through and a couple days ago, I placed the order for my new computer, the new IMAC! finally, after how many years of saying on this blog, "I need a new computer... once I get my new computer.." etc. Its finally happened! Now I just need to make sure the printer/scanner we got works with it, and I obtain Photoshop and Quark and then I will be in full business! We're gonna see what I can do around tax time as far as making this part of my business... cause thats why we bought it anyway. Well, we'll be paying it off for a while. I didn't officially "buy" it yet. Semantics. I cannot wait for its arrival!

I typed up the first act of a script I am developing for an artist friend of mine. Dean and I have been kicking around this project for a while now. I pitched it to him and he quite liked it. I sent him the first draft act 1 part and yet to hear back about what he thinks. I really enjoy writing the project so far and think it is a total departure from anything I've been involved with so far. Its going to be quite fun!

Still crusin' through new OUTCAST pages. I got around 25 to go, then touch ups. Some huge action climax as well. Updates soon.

Kelly ordered this tree from TARGET, so we got an xmas tree. We got some presents for Scott and Cody, as well as something small and fun for our parents. I got a secret santa at work to shop for, and then we are pretty much done shopping. I actually sent out Xmas cards to my friends this year. Finally.

My TO DO list is dwindling down as well. Once I get these pages done, I will be extremely happy. I am trying not to rush myself. Wish me luck as I am entering the home stretch on it!
