ABRAXAS is god.

SATURDAY—I get up around 10am with the bots. He’s fussy, so I don’t get much done. I tried to do a nice Ghostbusters print piece, but I ended up not happy with it, so I scrapped it. I also penciled part of a Jason Voorhees print I want to do. Its looking good so far. I cook potatoes and dumplings and have to hurry it in the end cause the bots is crying for food. So I fed him and ate at the same time. The wife gets home and we chat a bit before I head into work. I get there and work my shift, cleaning up the back room and trying to stay on my feet, staying busy. Brian calls me a few times and we chat. We were awarded a pizza party for doing so well during Valentine’s day. I help myself to a couple slices, probably a bad idea, but I still intend to stay on my diet. Won’t derail me. I leave around 11pm and get home, spend time with the wife and pass out around 3am.

SUNDAY—Bots wakes me up around 8:30 and I feed him and check emails and internet. I try to take a nap but it doesn’t take cause bots wakes back up and keeps me up. (will I ever learn?) I work on word balloons and finish the entire first issue of WISE INTELLIGENCE. By that time, Kelly comes home and its time for work. I get ready and head out, stopping by Subway on the way. Work goes by fast at first and then after 8pm, it slows way down. I do some sketching at work in secret. Its sorta slow at times and truthfully I am not feeling that well, so I take it easy. At 10, the sabo show starts, so I listen in. They are watching the Oscars so I listen over the phone: the only way I could watch the Oscars this year. (I never miss an Oscar cast, but for some reason I didn’t take this night off.) I listen in till I finally head home after midnight. I get home and continue to listen in and doodle a bit on that Jason drawing I started yesterday. I end up not liking it, so twice in two days, I screwed up a drawing. I need to get back into the groove! The show finally dissipates around 3am, and then I pass out.

MONDAY—Bots gets me up at 10am. I change and feed him and check email. Not much happening on the internet, so I decide to do some business. I check my business account and then place the order for my sketchbook. I upload the files to the comixpress site and activate my account. Then I deal with a fussy bots as I try to PDF what I did on Wise #1 to send to Ryan for proofing. After that, I lay out Wise #2 and start to word balloon. I have an immense headache so I stop for a while. Kelly gets up and I chat with her. She goes and gets Quiznos for us to eat before taking off to work. Bots passes out around 4 for a two hour nap. I decide to take some time away from work and spend some time unwinding on myself. I watch DOCTOR WHO episodes I’ve downloaded and have had waiting for me. I get through the rest of the Eccleson episodes and watch the first David Tennant episode. Its all good. I start to download more with my Itunes credit. I get the mail and discover that H&R block have indeed refunded our money we spent to get our taxes done there. Thank god! But its still not the end of our tax woes, as we still have an appointment to amend the filing, and then wait for our almost $500 refund. Yippie. Bots passes out around 9pm and tosses and turns on the floor as I sit at my comp and watch Itunes stuff. I also shoot out emails to some folks and dink around. Basically, taking a partial day to myself (I never get to do that!). I did some word ballooning and sketching after that. The wife comes home and we watch ED WOOD. Then we pass out to Family guy around 3am.
