The last couple days have been surprisingly productive. I pencilled 7 pages of a newer pitch project I'm taking to San Diego, also I did word balloons on over 45 pages, and scanned and toned an additional 12 more! Today I gotta go make more copies, scan some more pages, redraw a couple panels and then finish it all up hopefully by this coming weekend! The wife and I also went through and edited the first 62, so we're well on track to get this sucker done!
Pre-orders of the sketchbook keep coming in and that is a definate "YAY!" I've covered my costs on it, so I can print it sooner than I thought I was going to be able to. So I will be mailing them out sometime this month!
After Pleasant Life is finally in the can, I'll do tones on WISE INTELLIGENCE and then start scanning OUTCAST. So, if I don't hit more snags, and keep on it, I should get it all done in time for printing.
New York comic con is this weekend. My pal Brian Maze will be out there in artist alley and ya'll should stop by and see him, cause he'll have new work out there. So.. consider this an official plug!
I think this morning I am going to go out and make copies and take a break to get some comics from the bookstore downtown. Hopefully they have something decent and new.
