YAY and YAY

Hey folks~!!!!!!

I got some great messages and emails from various peoples of people willing to help me out in raising funds to ensure my DALLAS CON trip goes as planned. Its really encouraging and thanks alot for that! Its likely I will still be able to go. I am not in the 100% CLEAR yet on it. There's still a couple hurdles to jump. So for the time being, I am keeping my commission prices LOW!!!! So the sale has extended! Act now and get some new artwork done!!!!

I'll raise prices when I do the idiothead.com website revamp. and that is coming sometime I'd say late next month. Been thinking alot about what I want to do with it, how it will look. I'm thinking more simplistic. More videos/audio on the front page. Also a link hub for the talkshoe shoes I am a part of (sorta like SMODCAST NETWORK). I am talking with the other guys to see if they are into that or not. Also the store will be a tad revamped and original art will go on sale! Yes. And since my commission prices will rise at that time, I'll revamp and reclarify what my pricing is on that as well. I also want to bring to the forefront my twitter feed, ustream channel and do more youtube stuff. I plan to do more live drawing sessions as I have done alot more of those recently. I'm the most active mother fucker on the internet it seems!!!! All that and more soon to come!

Pre-ordered the new NEAL MORSE "TESTIMONY II" album/dvd making of doc and autobiography book thingie. Tons of new stuff and Mike Portnoy on drums! Exciting! Although the subject matter is about his converting to being a hardcore Pentacostal Christian and at times can get quite heavy in that area, he's an honest bloke and he writes damn good songs. Hey, I listen to songs about people who fuck on cocaine and I don't do that. So why not listen to a well crafted song about a dude who really loves God? Gotta let a man have his vision. You can listen in. And something about that honesty in art really appeals to me. I love it when people really open up. And he's one of the most open honest dudes I've ever seen. I've seen him cry in person on more than one occasion. Just cool shit. If you like good progressive rock, check out Neal Morse or his other (and old) projects: SPOCKS BEARD and TRANSATLANTIC... all in my top 25 favorite bands of all time!

This week: Catching up on SECRET PROJECT X, ANNA II pages and commissions. I hope to get CAUGHT UP for once!!!! I got the next three days off so I am looking forward to getting shit done. (and here I thought I was gonna take a week off!!!!! I'm saving that for my DALLAS CON vacation... IF it ends up happening)
