BEST FATHERS DAY GIFT EVER!!!!!!

Oh yes. This is a big one for me. After getting my wife a real kick ass ring for Mother's Day, I was hoping I'd get something equally as nice. I was tossing around a few different things I wanted and the wife pretty much was gonna give me a credit card spending spree anyway. But today, I learned of this:




PAUL McCARTNEY IS TOURING! I saw it on Yahoo news and heard it on Stern. And after passing up 2-3 opportunities to see him before, I wasn't gonna miss this time. Only a few dates announced so far but one of them was Detroit! For the first time since 2005 I might add. I saw tickets were going on sale this coming Friday. However my pal Tim Hamm was talking of going as well and clued me in to presale going on right now! (Odd that we both were thinking of this at the same time. Tells you how in tune your friends in with you sometimes) So he told me of the presale, made with the link and I went. I spent my Father's Day money on a ticket and its official, I'M GOING!!!!!!!!!!

I got killer tickets too. I decided since this is a hug deal for me, seeing my favorite Beatle, that I would get the best tickets I possibly could. So I got on the field tickets in the KK section. Real damn close. Row 17.




No way was I gonna top row this thing man. This is my second dream concert, next to seeing a reunited Floyd (which will never happen now). From what I have heard, the show will span Paul's entire career and will be three hours long! I cannot wait! So excited. Its funny too, and Tim pointed this out to me, that I am seeing two of my absolute favorite bands in the world within a month of each other! I'm seeing U2 on the 26th of this month and then Paul on the 24th next month. GREAT TIME TO BE A MUSIC FAN!!!!!!


Whew... okay, I'll try to calm down now.

I'm 115 cards into my 200. Rockin' on them quite nicely. When I can share them publically, I will.

Worked on a few commissions this last weekend. I took the night off last night and watched 4 movies on Bluray with the wife. Die Hard, Predator, Casino Royale and Iron Man. She'd never seen Iron Man and she liked it alot. I gotta say, I love Casino Royale, but it makes me question my sexuality, cause Daniel Craig is so dreamy. Even I get lost in those blue eyes. And it instantly makes me feel broke and fat as fuck! They're tossing around millions in a wink and coming out of the water looking all buff and suave. (Sigh) Yeah, time to get serious about that treadmill eh? ;) (BTW, I'm not putting myself up for the idea that I want to be a Bond Girl. I can look at a dude and say he's good looking and not be gay, right? RIGHT?)

Okay. Back to work with me. Its gonna be an interesting summer for me! Oh yes!
