WAR INSIDE MY HEAD

Been an eventful week or two at the Talley House. Mostly things going on with me. Its something I put myself through once every couple months. I call it "the War inside my Head," Inspired by the Dream Theater song above here. Give a listen. I think everyone goes through it. Just basic feelings of regret, anger and frustration at things beyond your control or the hand you are forced to play with only two chips left to your name. You either take the shot or you don't. Seems I've been taking the shot for years. Time to re-evaluate and regroup.

I'm trying to decide what is the correct next step. I got a few different projects all on my plate in various stages of development and various content and distribution ideas. All are different but money is tight so I can maybe only pursue one. So which do I go for? Eventually all will make the light of the day. But for now, I am stuck thinking. And thats where I am the worst. My wants and desires always outshadow the reality of my being. I always preach the phrase "If you want something bad enough, you will find a way to make it happen." I've found a healthy way to make things happen for me. So what am I waging a war in my head for? Well, many factors I don't want to get into. Lets just say its something I do. Don't we all? But don't worry. In a couple days or so I will emerge and get fueled again. What I really need a vacation. A comic con trip. Just some way to get out and refuel and think. Don't know if that can happen or how. Not in the cards right now. I need to sit with some of my artistic brothers and sisters and get my head straight. But emerge triumphant I will. I always do. No worries, Its just how I am.

I think soon I can share the WALKING DEAD cards I made with Cryptozoic. I will let you all see some when I can. I am supposed to be working on a new set of cards as well. When I get them and its all signed and all that, I will reveal. Its a cool set for a different company. I'm excited about it.

Football is great. Lions are 2-0. I'm proud of all they've accomplished in the last couple years. Its exciting!

Started watching "BREAKING BAD." As of now I am in the middle of season three. Best show on TV. Its awesome. Give it a chance will ya?

Got some new music. A couple newer Radiohead albums I was missing, the new Dream Theater and Arch/Matheos "Sympathetic Resonance." I like music. yeah.
