Exciting times!

Man o man. Life is good! I got a list of things that have me excited. Wanna read? I'll bet you do!!! Here we go. THINGS THAT HAS ADAM EXCITED!

--MY MOVE: 13 days and a wake-up. We're moving into a smaller area, not the dream area we were looking at, but who cares? The stuff we are gaining in the move makes it quite worthwhile. Privacy, less $$$ out for rent, an opportunity to get out of debt finally, security, learning to get rid of things we don't need, nice hot-tub and pool with weight room and much more. I'm very excited by the potential. Plus to get away from these loud neighbors and the apartment office that is not very personable is quite desirable. If all goes well with the jobs and the money, we'll be debt free by next summer!

--BEING DEBT FREE: The plan is in motion and we're working hard to do it. Credit cards and loans all gone. We'll have a surplus of money to finally start building something good for our future. And I discovered if the cards fall into place and we go debt free, I can quit my job and focus 100% on art. We're almost there as it is. I've had more paid work now than ever. I'm more focused on profit as #1 for my business. Everything I do is geared to make money back. And if the wife gets promoted, it helps speed the process. Its inevitable at this point and I would be soooo happy! You have no idea. So by next summer, it could happen. Gotta stay focused.

--2012 CON PLANS: Right now I am thinking Motor City, Heroes and Wizard World Chicago. I think with the debt thing, SDCC is on the chopping block in favor of Heroes again. I wanna cash in a bit on the sketch card work. Might be a good idea for me and my work. I only did one show this year in May and I'm itching to do another. Hope the winter comes and goes quickly. But I do have things to help it pass more quickly....

--LIONS ARE 5-0: Yeah, I'm excited cause my football team is lookin' good so far this year! I'm sad my money has been tied up and I haven't been able to go to a game yet. But its still great to watch them rock it each week. This week they beat the Bears and it was a tough game. Still, they've been looking awesome and its been incredible. They are unstoppable!

--PAID GIGS: I got tons of paid gigs coming. Three different card sets, commissions galore, 2012 convention sales plans, webcomic with ad revenue to launch sometime in the future, etc. Its a good time to be me. I've worked hard this last decade on getting my stuff where I need to be and I'm finally getting there. I'm "professional." I like it. Feels good. Real good.

--UV BLUE VODKA: Mixed with Diet Mt. Dew is the best drink ever. The wife and I plan on enjoying some booze this week. I cannot wait!

--SHANE IS BACK IN MICHIGAN: My best friend is moving back to Michigan. He's gonna be living near our old stomping grounds of Mt. Pleasant or Midland. I'm hoping to get the four horsemen together again. (Jon, Ted, Shane and I) Its been many years apart and I am hoping since we are all there together, we can hang out once in a while. Would be great to interact now that we are all older and more mature.

--GOOD COMICS: Walking Dead, Invincible, The Boys, Rocketeer, Star Trek ongoing, Ghostbusters ongoing all have me excited. I like every Wednesday! I gotta catch up on some trades I am missing though. After the move, I will.

I'm sure there's more but I ran out of steam. But so far, this is what I got on my mind. Exciting times. Love it!
