Well its official now: I will have a table and be a guest at the upcoming HEROES CONVENTION in Charlotte, NC June 22-24th. Info on the show is right here!
This is my third time setting up at the show and its a great show to go to. Its all comics, all art. Anyone who is anyone is there. There's a real sense of "artistic community" there, as well as a peek behind the curtain at some of the more established artists in the industry of comics. But Indie sells with Big time comics and its all great! I'm splitting the table with my great friend DEAN STAHL and we're gonna rock out big time!
Since I only have a half table, I have to really select what I am gonna bring to the show. I am running extremely low on graphic novels so I think I will most likely bring artwork, prints (new ones even!), my new artbook and sketch/print cards! If you would like to pre-order a commission now and pick it up at the show, we can certainly do that. Just EMAIL ME HERE and we can discuss such matters. 8x11 is $20, 11x17 is $40. Color is extra. You just let me know and we'll make it happen!
Its a long but scenic drive to Charlotte from my motherland of Michigan. But with good friends along the way and a bunch of new Rush Cds, I am looking forward to the venture! I need a vacation! I haven't had one since Dallas Con last year in May!!! Also looking forward to seeing my friends there that I only get to see about once a year. Its wonderful to hang with them and get my drink on as well!!
So yeah. HEROES CON! June 22-24th. Charlotte, NC. Come out and see me and my friends! It will be my only convention appearance for the year, so please don't miss out!!!
