Hey folks! I got more Starslam fan art from my buddy Dean Stahl!
Thanks man! If YOU have fan art for Starslam or any other characters of mine, send it my way and I'll be sure it goes up and is used in all the books and digital files as part of the journey. I really love it when people "own" a piece of what I do for themselves enough to contribute. Its awesome! So send it on down!
Its been a crazy week. I worked three shifts at the day job and now I am down to one day a week. So there's a greater focus on me getting artwork done to supplement our income. I've been doing commissions and all that. Plus the last two days I've drawn 6 new STARSLAM strips! I gotta ink em still, but they are coming along really great! I haven't done a new Starslam strip in two years, because I've been so far ahead of them from before, that there wasn't a need for it. But I am back in the groove and the stuff is flowing like magic! Check my TWITTER PAGE because I tweeted a page of some pencils on the strips. And while you are there, follow me! YAY
Next year is my 20th year of doing comics. I had planned on doing a large thick GN size sketchbook/artbook collection outlining the last 20 years and the various projects Ive done, showcase some of my best art and then do some written stuff about me, my history and show photos. A real celebration of 20 years of hard work. So I will definitely be doing that and putting that together for next year around the end of this year. I had hoped to shoot a sort of mini documentary to go along with the book. Depends on how far I get and how much time I have. I have footage already shot for it. Its a matter of editing it and getting it ready to go. Anyway, just a peek at the plans for the future. Right now, its all commissions, Starslam and Anna. :)
I guess I better go get back to work on this stuff. It ain't gonna write and draw itself now is it? :) Thanks for checking back!
