Astonishing Goings On

Friday---

I get up, shit and feed the cats. I spend about two hours practicing new riffs on the guitar and writing new words for songs to be recorded next weekend. I spend some time updating websites and stuff.

I go to work and work on 2 commercial jobs, while simultanously re-drawing the cover to MAYHEM. I'll shoot that to DEAN tomarrow to see what he thinks about it.

I get home around 4am and konk out watching Family Guy.

Saturday----

I wake up around noon and bullshit around the house. The wife called into work so she is lounging around on the couch. I had planned to sit there most of the day and draw, but she's in full "gotta watch QVC" mode. I go to meet Dean and his wife at Papa Johns. He shows me his MAYHEM stuff and I show him the cover and some other stuff I am working on. We trade talk and goof off for a good two hours before departing. He forgot my art paper I was going to buy from him, so I am stuck with what I got until I can go to an artstore on monday.

I want to go shopping, but the wife is home sick, so thus we cannot do anything. So, I wind up getting her some taco bell and renting some movies. We watch COPS, DAWN OF THE DEAD and I watch SOUR GRAPES. I also rented HELLBOY, but it is a scratched disc so I cannot watch it due to the skipping. I get pissed. I've never seen HELLBOY and I finally rent it and it skips!

After she konks out around 10, I put in a good 7 hours at the drawing table doing two eros drawings, two commissions and 1/2 of a 2 page splash page for the "SECRET PROJECT" that is still going on. I knock off around 5:30am after watching some STAR TREK and SORORITY HOUSE MASSACRE 2 (A favorite of mine).

Sunday---

I wake up around 11 and draw some sketches. Still tired for some dumb reason, I opt to nap from 1pm-5pm. I get up in time to see the wife home from work. We go to Bennegins and eat bad food. We then go shopping. I get flavored water, as I am favoring the hardcore diet again. She gets a cool pacman shirt and other necessities. I wish I had money cause DVD seasons of VIVA LA BAM and the new SCOOBY DOO/DYNOMUTT HOUR are out. Being broke sucks.

I get home, we bullcrap around till she falls asleep at 11, and I stay up till 5am, drawing and watching DVD commentaries. I do some updating on the blogs as well... like right this second.
