My mom first got me into oil painting by buying me the BOB ROSS PAINTSET off of QVC (good ol' QVC!). So, I painted this. Yeah, its cookie cutter crap. I gotta do better than that. rete something with my OWN flavor. So, wish me luck cause I'm gonna buy an easel for my birthday and start painting again!That doesn't mean I'm stopping comics! Not at all. In fact, I'm in HEAVY production on the 500 page Pleasant Life collection. About 75 pages to go. Just ordered more comic art pages yesterday. Here is a sneak peek at some new pages....

Lucas and Ted at Taco Shack. I'm finally getting good at drawing 2 things: Lucas' hair swish in the front and making a conversation in a restaurant look appealing rather than just talking heads and B.Sing my backgrounds. Ted eats a burrito kinda sloppy don't cha think???
Finally, here is Lucas and Lynn (featuring her new haircut) chatting away at lil' chef. (On a side note, man do I miss lil chef restauranat in Mt. Pleasant. I've been craving thier roast sirloin of beef and gravy for a while now. Time for a visit I think).
One last note. I found this on the net. It was advertised as the new ENTERPRISE from the new STAR TREK movie. Turns out it is a fan-made fake. So, don't believe the hype. But DO go to whysoserious.com and download the DARK KNIGHT movie trailer. Its badass! Or go see I AM LEGEND this week and you'll see the trailer before the movie. Oh yeah!Cheers me droogies!
