Come and get one in the yarbolls! If you have any Yarbolls!

(I found this online and got a laugh out of it. Ahh, the golden age. Guys, don't you wish you could just spank your girl like a child when she's acting up? It would make life so much simpler. But now if you spank em, they develop fetishes and EXPECT it... sigh, we can never win.)

My precious droogies, how art thou??

I spent from 2-5pm yesterday at BESTSELLERS COFFEE and BOOKSTORE signing and selling my comics and art. My pal Brett Pinson showed up and gave me some copies of THE EXPENDABLES, hot off the presses. My first color book. And I gotta say, it looks pretty damn sweet! I’m impressed as all hell. He also bought a few pages from me, and that helps my pocket book, so thanks Brett! Also thanks to those who got some comics from me. I hope you enjoy them. I also got to hang with my pal Dean, who I rarely get to see in person. The two authors who were there were very nice and fun cats and I hope I run into them in the future. You should check out their work: JIM HINES and DANIEL HOGAN. Their fantasy based books looked really awesome. Amazon or Google them and pick up their work.

Brett and I also struck a deal that we will be appearing together in Taylor, MI at WONDERWORLD COMICS Store for FREE COMIC BOOK DAY doing a signing. So for those in the metro Detroit area not wanting to wait till MOTOR CITY COMIC CON to track me down that’s your chance. I will have freebies and deals at the appearance, so by all means come out! May 1st, 2008. Times and details later, but for now, just keep your calendar open.

I’ve been working on the final PLEASANT LIFE pages. I inked a crapload of them this week. For the next two days, I plan to pencil and ink as far as I can. I need to buy more art pages to finish this sucker. I also thumbnailed out the first 10 pages of OUTCAST. I am not stopping for a break after PLEASANT LIFE is over. Just gonna jump right into it. I’m anxious to get going on it. I also have been designing for a major switch that is going to happen later this year. You all will have to wait to see it, but rest assured, I am always busy working on “WHATS NEXT!”

They announced more guests for PITTSBURGH COMIC CON today. It’s really shaping up. Also MOTOR CITY CON has updated their site, but I have not been added as a guest yet! But they took my money, so I should be listed soon.

Well, that’s all I know for now. I love you all. Keep in touch. Float me an email if you like.

Cheers, T
