Well, the wife and I saw Indy 4 and to my surprise it didn't suck! I enjoyed myself immensely. I got a few nitpicks here and there, but fuck it, I was a child again for anohter 2.20 hours! Throughly enjoyable and hereby recommended.
I've spent the past few days catching up on work at my day job at the porn store. some things are lining up there that REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEALY get on my nerves. I know I should let it go, cause my time there is indeed limited. I dunno why I let it anger me so. I used to get angry about celebrities, but since I've quit ranting about them, I have thus transferred what Bill Hicks would call "my hump of hate" to my day job. But soon, I will be going down to two days a week and starting my NEW job: Mr. Mom. Lets hope I don't feed my baby chilli.
I drew the new cover for the PLEASANT LIFE tradebook last night and I think it came out quite killer! I'm very happy with it. It will be quite an attractive looking cover, especially to STAR TREK fans! So, there's a teaser bit for you.
As time is inching closer to completion, I am finding I am having second thoughts about ending the adventures of Lucas and Mortin for good. I will miss them greatly. While I do intend to move on to other projects right after this one, I am fully convinced that this isn't the last I've seen of them. I think perhaps in the future, there are more stories to tell. We'll see. I may change my mind again. If I do tell new stories, it will take anotehr form than what it is now. Perhaps a "SPIN OFF" series? Who knows. Let me sit on it for a couple years and then decide. Maybe my big MARVEL contract won't allow me to do it anyway! (ahem)
Cooked some burgers a bit ago. Man were they yummy.
WIZARDWORLD.COM has added me on the list as a "guest" at their upcoming Chicago con, so it is official. I will be at Wizard World Chicago. Again, its the last time I'm going out this year, so come on out and see me there!
