Been sorta inconsistant with my blog this past week. Unfortunately there hasn't been much to say. Mostly work and helping around the house and with Scotty. We took him to the doctor today and its possible he might have a heart murmur of some sort. Not 100% sure yet. Should know sometime in October. I'll keep you all posted.
I have in the meantime got some drawing done. I did 5 pinup "girlie" pics for some prints I am going to do for next year. I also did some writing, as well as pencilling/inking on Expendables 2 pages. I am about 6 pages in right now. Really taking my time with the detials and inks. Having fun with it this time around. With all the parodies I get to do in the book, it will be quite enjoyable.
Still tryin to stay afloat for the rest of the year till tax return time! I desperately need a new computer to get my website plans going. Till then, I am kinda stuck. As far as job goes, no new developments. My boss is going to bat for me. We'll see how that works out. One way or the other, November 1st, I am stepping down from manager position. We'll see. Still looking for a new part time job, no developments.
I got a couple commissions which has helped out immensely. Also we got a crapton of diapers and formula early on from gifts and discount stores, so we're pretty well stocked for now. Kelly and I are gonna start an exercise routine together when she's completely healed and the doc gives her the okay. So things are looking up. Just waiting and working. Waiting and working.
In other news: HEROES is back on TV starting tonight. I think I am just gonna wait for DVD on this. I hate watching TV because of the commericals. I NEVER watch TV. I only watch things on DVD. I stopped my netflix to save some dough. So I will suffice with what I got for now. Which is plenty.
Anyway, planning on drinking a little bit tonight. I haven't drank since that night I got drunk and did the tuesday night podcast. So that will be fun. Tomarrow, I plan to just work on cleaning house and drawing all day. Plus PODCAST tomarrow night. THE AMATEUR HOUR on TALKSHOE. Join us won't you?
