Bring me a twinkie for a handy.

How’s it going out there in the world?

I’ve been settling final details about 2009 con planning. Tim Fisher and I will be splitting a table at Heroes Con in North Carolina, for sure. 100%. I already reserved the hotel. It’s a definite. YAY!

I cannot tell you how excited I am about that. I kept saying for the past couple years that I wanted to do the show. And now, I finally have met that goal. Next June, I am gonna rock it! Very excited to go and hang out with my friends from the late night podcasts and meet new friends/fans and get some cool reads. There’s a good balance of indie comics there too, so I may have a good chance to push the new books to new people! I hope so. I want people to read em.

I also have been still researching for my table design needs. I found a place now that can print everything I need and well under my budget! I’m excited about that. That means I can pump more into getting my books printed, and convention travels. Defiantly needed.

Scotty is doing well. He had to switch to a different type of formula cause he may be lactose intolerant. I have been having a problem with milk lately too. Mac N Cheese and Cereal (old favorites of mine) tend to make me very gassy lately. I’ve had to avoid them. He is sleeping in his own room now, so mom and dad have their room back!

Kelly is getting slightly bored in the house. She’s got a whole month until she goes back to work full time. Man, I wish I had two months off! That would be sweet! But I’d probably get a bit antsy too. Today she is watching GHOST HUNTERS and all is well.

I am still working on new EXPENDABLES #2 pages. Working hard to push this book out by the end of October. Wish me luck on it.

Tonight is podcast and the rest of this week, I open the store and work the manager shift and then Friday-Monday off. Getting Cody this weekend. He gets to meet his little brother for the first time. Should be a lot of fun. Looking forward to it very much.

Cheers everyone:

T
