Interesting post-script to the whole LIONS DEN fired me/unemployment debacle. I got a letter today confirming that they tried to contest my unemployment in that they fired me for "repeat offenses." However based on evidence, the state ruled that that was inaccurate and it was found that I was not fired "for a deliberate disregard of the employer's interest." So their protest was null. And the truth came out.
Winner: ME!
Next time you should maybe not drive away the employees who work hard for you and maintain a professional venere. And you might also not discriminate against new parents and their shifting priorities as a result.
EPIC FAIL!
