Good weekend.

I had my pal Shane up. We stayed foolish all weekend. Swam, dipped in the hot tub. Drank a bit, did some live recording. In fact there's a new IDIOTHEAD PODCAST up right now. It was recorded this last Saturday. We sat live and told some of our old High School stories. Felt good to reconnect. The onion layers of maturity peeled away and we became like we were 18 years old again. But he's gone back to Mt. Pleasant area for work this next week. Back to reality for me.

I got a couple commissions to finish. The wife will finally be off late nights after tonight and she'll have 4 days off! Thank god. She's got a case of the "no sleep moodies" which I used to get when I did late nights at Walgreens a couple years ago. She's easy to snap. Hard to blame her really. I've been there. I'm ready to get my wife back. Its tough on a person to have to adjust their whole life like that. Thats why I think 24 hour open places should be banned. Just torture to put someone through a rotation like that. Ugh.

Some stuff happened this week at the day job. We're gonna have a new boss soon. I'm kind of concerned that perhaps it will mess up the schedule situations/accomadations I need to keep employed there. I hope it doesn't become a factor. Lots to think about for that place.
