Just wanted to toss a letter to all of you. I'm thankfull for:
--An amazing group of family and friends, especially loving and very supportive parents, awesome kids, incredible wife and all my pals I consider my brothers and sisters.
--A wonderful group of friends I talk to weekly who keep my head in the game, keep me laughing when I am down, keep me inspired with their works and dreams and know my faults but still allow me in their circle anyway. Thanks Talkshoe gang!
--People whom I've collaborated with, drank with, local friends whom without their friendship I don't know what I would do. People like Shane, Dean, Brett, Rod, Ted and many more.. a list too vast to continue on naming.
--All the friends and fans of my work. I'm amazed each time I hear of someone who knows my work and I've never met them! Every piece I sell, every book that is bought makes me feel like Stephen King. And even while I am still a very small tadpole in the ocean of this life I chose for myself, I still know that I am a very important and needed part of it. I improve, I learn and I get better because you believe in me. Thanks to you for supporting me. Thank you for giving me a great life.
Be Safe everyone. And to the Detroit Lions: The best early Xmas present you can give me is not a trip to the Super Bowl, but to kick the Packers' ass today. Or at least give me a great football game to watch while eating leftovers!
