ADAM FAQ/PROJECTS UPDATE

Here are some faq about what I've been up to and the time table for things to come. ---T

Whats with all the sketch cards and what sets are you doing?
I decided to be a bit more open-minded when it comes to my freelance gigs and go for the Sketch Card market. I've been priviged to work on some great, great sets such as Marvel Beginnings 2, Marvel Avengers, White Star Line: Titanic, Sherlock Holmes, Night of the Living Dead, The Walking Dead, CBLDF and I am currently on DC New 52. I also got invited to be a part of another set that is a MAJOR score for me! I cannot discuss what it is yet, but suffice to say, I am beyond excited about it and its potential! I am not sure if I am on more after that. I will take what I can get to feed my family, ya dig?
What about ANNA POCALYPSE 2?
Its still rolling. I got 60 pages done. I might go back and redo a panel or seven here and there. I was re-looking at the script for it the other night and I want to tighten up a couple scenes. So I will do that with thumbnails. So its still being worked on in between paying gigs. I'm looking at early to summer 2013 for release. Definitely will have it ready for con season.
What about that CHEESECAKE Artbook?
It should be coming back from the printer this week or next and orders will go out after that. I will have some copies at HEROES CON the weekend of June 22-24.
Why only doing one show this year?
I did FCBD signing! What more do you want?! But seriously, I am focusing on production really this year and taking care of my own back porch as it were, and coming out strong in 2013 with all new stuff. I do miss it and miss my friends, so I will return. The only show I will do is Heroes Con this year. Because also, the wife and I are expecting our second child in September. I haven't completely ruled out doing a show in Oct/Nov, but I don't think it likely. Just want to stay focused on production.
You said there's gonna be a new PLEASANT LIFE book. When?
After Anna 2 is done, I will start work on that. Also I got a couple other things lined up to do. The Expendables #4, The one shot horror book "Lingerie Party Massacre" and a new "Tales of Sequential Mayhem" are all being worked on and put together. Lots of pots on the stove, folks. Bare with me. But paid work must come first!
Whats with the podcasts? Why so sporatic lately?
I get this question a lot from folks, so I will address it here. I guess everyone is busy. And it seems every time there is a show, I am stuck working at my day job that night! I do miss my friends on the shows and hopefully we'll all get together again soon. Mark is trying out a new format for BFB show which you can see and participate in right HERE. And I am still doing my own podcasts when I can through my PODCAST NATION line. I just did a new Idiothead.com show and there's more "In the Trenches" shows coming. Check those out if you are needing a fix!
What about the talk of a new IDIOTHEAD album?
There's a lot of talk and Shane and I promised to get to work on one soon. I am thinking we're gonna meet in late June/July to do some tracking for new songs and re-recording some older ones and release a "hits" release of some sort. Then move on to something completely new. Its been talked about and soon we will get to work. But right now I am focused on getting my art done and he's busy with his stuff. We'll meet in the middle, rest assured.
What about that kid's book "WARFISH" that you promised?
Thats the wife's story. Ask her. Silly writers. She's gotta write the damn thing! Get on her and tell her to get to work! Slack.
Whats the deal with the Adult Webcomic you keep promising? Time frame for release?
Its still being worked on. I got 55 strips done. Just had to take a back seat to paying work. Still plan on launching in the fall. You will see it before you see anything else. And there's PLENTY to see, trust me. And yes, its a superhero erotica story and the site will have other non-related comic strips and written content, all extremely adult themed, and FREE! Its coming, trust me. So get yer kleenex ready!
