Goodbye to Yesterday.....

SATURDAY---

I get up around 3pm and set up my drawing area and get some pencilling/inking in. I FINALLY finish the Pleasant Life #2 art! YAY! In the bank! Gotta finish computer work on Pleasant Life #1 and its off to the printers this week.

Kelly gets home and we head to Midland to shop for a bit. I'm really into Scott Kurtz's PVP lately, so I get some back issues and some other comics. (Spiderman loves Mary Jane, Moon Knight and something else I cannot recall). We decide to head to Saginaw and shop quickly before the stores close. I stop off at Galaxy Comics in Saginaw... a comic sho; I often avoid cause the owner is an ass every time I am in there. but luckily for me, there are two other dudes behind the counter so I pick up some more back issue PVP and I finally track down one of the MAHFOOD Peter Parker: Spiderman books I've been looking for! I drop off the wife at JC Penneys and she shops for a bit. Then we head home.

The wife goes out and I stay home drawing. I get some sketches and a commission done and I start remastering pages I want to change on THE OUTCAST... which is one of the reasons why it hasn't made print yet! The wife gets home and passes out and I draw for another hour while watching AMERICAN DAD and then I pass out around 4am.

SUNDAY---

I get up around 2pm and its cleaning day! I start by taking out all the trash that has been accumulating. I also FINALLY clean out my car and take boxes up. I pull out all my comic boxes and sort out what I want and don't want. I toss those I don't want away. (saving them for someone who wants them of course). I've weeded out a box and 1/2 of comics I don't want. I'm trying to minimize for our impending move next year. I want to get rid of alot of stuff! Its a start. The wife and I go grocery shopping and we get home. I boot up my old comp and burn 2 skit tapes of SHANE/ADAM to CD, and move our main MAC comp to the living room, thus freeing up space in our bedroom. I spend time uploading FANBOY RADIO and SKIT TAPES to my Ipod. I now got 700 songs on it!

Then, the wife watches QVC all night while I finally sit down and redo those OUTCAST pages. They come out AMAZING! Finally, I am happy with it. After considering scrapping the whole project, this redoing some of the art has me back on board! I gotta take this book to the people. Its gonna be great! Very excited about it.

This week, I start my first week sans McDoanlds, post hoc. Very excited to sleep in and get some drawing done during the day. And finally maybe complete some of my impending VIDEO GAME tasks I've yet to complete! But art comes first!

I draw till 5:30am and pass out.
