Good weekend, filled all sorts of debauchery with the wife, drawing and more debauchery. I feel like a kid again! But my legs and back are quite sore today. You fill in the rest.
Good nes is that I finished the page art on Pleasant Life #3. El Fineto. I finished Earthgirl #2 as well. However, the pages came to 13 and some of the panels I am not 100% happy with. I am setting them down for a week and coming back to them with fresh eyes and relooking at them. Its what I do when I think I could improve a page. So, we'll see in a week. Likely after I come back from Illinois.
I got offered a couple more commissions this weekend, so I got to finish those. Also, there is another logo drawing gig I am pursuing. Constantly busy!
I have not started computer work on Pleasant Life #2 yet as I've just been finishing art projects, increasing my writing and cleaning house. This past weekend I swept and mopped the whole house. Even broomed up all the cat hair that collects deep into the carpet and along the sides of our walls! It cakes in there, believe me. AND today I finally finished laundry. Do I feel accomplished? "meh."
Okay. Nuff said. Back to work.
