VACATION, everybody ready??

Hey folks.

I'm reporting from my parent's house in Southern Illinois right now. A long ass 9 hour drive and well worth it to see my folks. We opened our X-mas presents yesterday. I got a hoodie, long sleeve shirt and socks! Seriously, I'm stoked. Now, if I were a kid, I'd be pissed that I got socks. But today as an adult, I LOVE SOCKS! I can never have enough. The "footie" kind. Not the type to travel up your leg. They make my leg all itchy.

Its warmer down here and my family are all being very nice. I reunited with a brother I haven't seen in five years. He seems to be doing very well and his life is very changed around from what it used to be. It all pleases me no end. I went out to my mom's grave yesterday and changed the flowers. Today, I gotta go visit some of my uncles and spend more time with my folks. My step-mom's health isn't the greatest right now, so I want to be here to help as much as possible.

I'm up late at 3am now, cannot sleep. My sleep is so jacked up from staying up two solid days for the drive and staying awake down here. I think after I check all my online stuff, I'll sit at the table, have some coffee and a ham sandwich and do some writing. I got Pleasant Life #4-5 typed and I know whats gonna happen after that, but I haven't WRITTEN it. Just a plot outline. Where I try to shine is my dialog. I figure my great and natural dialog can make up for my crappy drawing... or at least cover up my mistakes. (I'm joking folks. I rock. Not concieted, but I get by.)

See you folks on the flipside.

T
