OFFICE PICS.

I was chatting with Brian and realized I haven't posted OFFICE PICS in a while, so I thought I'd give it a go....

This is the area that sits behind me. It holds all my music and cool collectible shit, plus desk space area.

1-my collection of Star Trek autographs and photos of me with the actors. All personalized. I wouldn't trade these for the world. A few I am missing though...

2-this is the cream of the crop, all my Cds. the side Cd storage on the wall is for SOUNDTRACK cds. the stand to the left of the CDs are all my music related DVDs. Live concerts, album making ofs, music videos, etc. On top of my CD tower are my opened ART ASYLUM Trek figures. No, I don't play with them. they got a shit ton of dust on them to prove it.

3-When I complete pages, this is where they go. They become a pile that I sort and put in page #order and then also project order. These are the things that are waiting for post production in the computer. Next to that, kleenex. My eyes water alot for some reason, so I always have these handy. Also to use to clean up pee when I see some cool news on the internet.

This is the man desk area.

1-Scanner with my oldest cat jake protecting it. Its a scanner/fax/copier/printer. Lexmark. Not the best piece, but it works for now. Next to that is a silver can that holds millions of pens, markers and pencils.

2-Main desk drawing area. I draw flat most of the time. This end faces my computer for when I am listening to podcasts or watching DVDs on the computer, or it also faces out to the living room to watch movies on the big screen TV just beyond. By my computer is my carrying case for my Ipod, Ipod, scanned page copies and more clutter.

3-My "captain's chair." Its getting quite warn in and haggard. I love this chair. I sit in it quite comfortably for long hours. Behind that is a black case which houses my Fender Strat guitar that never gets used anymore.

4-This is my black gig bag with all my writings, comics I am currently reading, sketches, pens, etc. I carry this bag with me EVERYWHERE I go. It leans against 7 long boxes, housing my floppy comics collection, which has been dwindled down recently. Three of these long boxes are just for STAR TREK comics. No lie. And next to that under a table that you cannot see is a huge tub that houses my original art. I plan to get a drawer stand for these pages one day in an effort to store them better.

31 years worth of collecting before your eyes.

1-This is my bookcase with different shelves dedicated to different things. there's all TREK shelves, magazines, music and film related books, actual novels and writing books, toys and more. At the top is a trophy, a photo of my mom and dad, Frank Gorshin autograph on a Riddler comic, a rare SPOCK decanter and much more.

2-These two shelves are my GRAPHIC NOVEL shelves. I try to keep my tradebooks in order, but I pull them out so often that its impossible to keep them organized. My wife bought me the TREK pez dispenser set. Awesome wife! Below these shelves are convention/backstock tubs. So when you order something from my website, this is where they come from. This holds all my convention table stuff, backstock of comics, Cds and more.

3-On the walls above me, behind me are TREK toys in the box. I have old MEGO reprints, playmates, galoob, MEGO TMP and Ertl Star Trek 3 toys. I rebought these mostly for nostalgia. I used to collect a crapload of toys, but since dwindled down to the one thing I've always collected: STAR TREK. I do have some other toys MIB behind me that are un-trek related. But very few.

4-This is my new computer. Merry Xmas to me! MAC OSX baby.

5-My bulliton board. Right now it houses keepsakes such as small sketches from pals of mine, autographs from Mark Hamill, Spocks Beard (the band), Mr. Rogers (yes. that one) and others. I got some photos of friends, all the nametags from every convention I've exhibited at and more. Next to that on the wall above my scanner are weekly TO DO lists, goals, print dates, calendar, pics of kids, etc. This is basically the eyeshot I have when working at the computer or art desk all day.

So there you have it. Thats my life. Dig it.
