TRANSATLANTIC FLIES AGAIN!!!....
PROGRESSIVE ROCK SUPERGROUP
REUNITES FOR NEW STUDIO ALBUM.
POSSIBLE LATE 2009 RELEASE PLANNED.
TRANSATLANTIC, the progressive rock "supergroup" comprised of Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), Pete Trewavas (Marillion), Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings) and Neal Morse (ex-Spock's Beard), have reunited after a 7 year hiatus to begin work on a brand new studio album.....
The band began work on the album in early April in Nashville and are expected to have it released by year's end if all goes as planned.....

I cannot state highly enough what this means for me. For Neal Morse to come back and do more TRANSATLANTIC music is the fuckin' balls man. Just total balls! I love it! Its been almost 10 damn years and I'm sooooo stoked now! Its rare for one of my favorite bands to do an album. Most of the bands I like are broke up or dead, or are so creative that it takes 20 years to do a new album. Seriously, this gave me wood this morning when I read it. MORNING WOOD! HAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAAA (GET IT?)
Thank you Neal for deciding to do this project once more. I know he was the main holdout. Thank GOD!
Wow. Three of my favorite bands putting out new albums this year. Can I stand the strain?
My music is alive, back and well baby!
